A magnificent villa — we will come back! We stayed at Lion Queen Pool Villa and were absolutely delighted. The first thing you notice at the door is the spotless cleanliness. The house literally shines, everything is in perfect order, and there is not a hint of damp — a real rarity for Thailand. The air inside is fresh and pleasant. The linen and towels deserve a special mention: snow-white, perfectly pressed and smelling wonderfully fresh, as in the best five-star hotels. Sleeping here was a pure pleasure! A huge plus for us was that the owner speaks Russian. Thank you for the incredible hospitality, for being so responsive and always in touch. The villa itself is very spacious, the pool is clean and the privacy is complete. A perfect place for a comfortable, high-quality holiday. We will certainly come again and will recommend it to all our friends!
I had an unforgettable friend's stay at this stunning pool villa. If you want to escape the crowded side of Pattaya, this hidden gem is perfect. The villa is exceptionally clean, spacious, and located in a very quiet, secure neighbourhood. We're spent hours playing in the beautiful private pool. The kitchen was fully equipped for family cooking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The service was top-notch, with the host being extremely attentive and helpful. It truly felt like a home away from home. I left feeling completely refreshed and cannot wait to come back for my next holiday!
An amazing place!!! It is simply a fantastic option for a vacation with a large family!! Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable! The rooms were very spacious and cozy! The kids really enjoyed spending time by the clean pool! The attentive and welcoming hostess was available 24/7. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!
The place is very beautiful. Lovely atmosphere and completely private. The house is clean, the bedrooms are spacious and it has every amenity. I especially loved the private pool: the water is clear and there are many pretty spots for photos. The bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. It is perfect for a holiday with family or a group of friends. The host gives great service and helpful advice. I was really impressed. If I get the chance I will definitely come back to stay again.
I have to say when I stayed in this house I had an amazing experience as the house was very clean and beautiful. Also situated very close to the market shops and bars plus close walking distance to beach and the harbour. The house was so much more than I ever expected and I would recommend this place to anyone as I would definitely stay here again.
I want to say thank you for a wonderful stay! We came as a big group, and the lovely house had enough room for everyone. The house has everything you need, the location is great: the sea and the town centre are close by, and Walking Street is right there too. We will come again.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible on request: it depends on the villa's availability and may carry an extra charge, so please tell us your arrival time in advance.
Are there quiet hours?
Please keep the noise down so the neighbours are not disturbed, and avoid loud sound after 23:00. Parties and large gatherings need our permission in advance, and powerful sound systems are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed indoors or in any air-conditioned area. Please smoke only in the spot the villa has set aside, and do not drop cigarette ends on the ground, the lawn or by the pool.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are not allowed unless the villa has agreed to it in advance, so please ask us before you book.
Is the pool safe for children?
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water. Please shower before entering the pool, keep food, drinks and glass away from it, do not run or jump around the edge, and use the pool towels provided rather than the ones from the rooms.
How do I cancel a booking?
Cancellation and refund follow the terms stated in your booking or on the platform you booked through. Write to us and we will tell you exactly which terms apply to your dates.
