House rules

For the safety, cleanliness and comfort of every guest, please read these rules and follow them during your stay.

Check-in and check-out. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out until 11:00. If you need an early check-in or a late check-out, tell us your times in advance: both depend on the villa being ready and may carry an extra charge.

Number of guests. Only the people named in the booking may stay at the villa. Outside visitors may not stay or spend the night without the villa’s permission. If anyone else is joining you, let us know in advance.

Using the pool. Please shower before entering the pool. Do not bring food, drinks or glass containers into the pool area. Do not run, jump or play roughly around the pool. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please use the pool towels provided and do not take the towels from the rooms to the water.

Cleanliness and property. Please keep the villa clean. Do not move furniture or equipment without permission. If anything belonging to the villa is damaged, lost or broken through improper use, the guest may be asked to cover the actual cost. Please switch off the lights, the air conditioning and the appliances when you leave the house.

No smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in any air-conditioned area. You may smoke only in the spot the villa has set aside. Do not drop cigarette ends on the ground, the lawn or by the pool.

Noise and gatherings. Please keep the noise at a level that does not disturb the neighbours. Avoid loud sound after 23:00. Parties, receptions and events with many people are not allowed without permission in advance, and powerful sound systems may not be used.

Pets. Pets are not allowed unless the villa has agreed to it in advance.

Safety. Lock the doors and close the windows every time you leave the villa. Dangerous or illegal items may not be brought inside. Firecrackers, fireworks and open fire are not allowed anywhere on the grounds.

Handing the house back. Before check-out, please put the rubbish in the bins provided, tidy up your belongings, check that you have taken everything with you, and return the keys or key card in the way agreed with the villa.

Damage and the deposit. If damage or a missing item is found, the villa will check it and charge the actual value of the damage; the amount may be deducted from the security deposit.

Cancelling a booking. Cancellation and refund follow the terms stated in your booking or on the platform you booked through.
